Common Questions
How do I redeem my coffee subscription?+
Open the Drip app, select your active subscription, and show the QR code to your barista when you order. They’ll scan it and your coffee is sorted.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?+
Go to your profile in the Drip app and tap on the subscription you’d like to manage. From there you can pause, cancel, or change your plan.
I’m having trouble with the app. What should I do?+
Try closing and reopening the app, or updating to the latest version from the App Store. If the issue persists, email us at hello@coffeedrip.co.nz with a description of the problem and your device details.
How do I request deletion of my account?+
You can delete your account from your profile settings in the app, or email us at hello@coffeedrip.co.nz and we’ll process your request within 30 days.
How do I contact a cafe about my subscription?+
Each cafe’s details are listed on their page within the Drip app. You can reach out to them directly, or contact us and we’ll help connect you.
